Sea Kayak Officer on TDU of ICU

I would like to inform peole that Dave Carraher has been elected onto the Training and Development Unit of ICU as the new Sea Kayak Officer. Congrats to Dave and many thanks to Paul Butcher who has been serving in that position for the last few years.

No that he is an \"Officer\" does that mean he will order us about even more than he does !!
And I bet we will have to call him \"SIR\"
