Fellow mariners

These guys live in shallow water also. I know of two \"nests\" of conger eels. One near the beach in Barleycove (years ago) and another at the Ouigh in Malinbeg, Donegal(the little tunnel into the blowhole, according to a local fisherman). Any others, anybody? A dangerous marine species if provoked or surprised. Attracted to anything shiny.
The little rock garden behind Wicklow\'s South pier was home to a big conger, called Horse, by local divers. Sennen
