Waterford 19th and 20th November

Hi all - just posted this in the general section then realised i should have posted it here.

I will be travelling from donegal and will be in waterford on the 19th and 20th november and would like to do some sea kayaking (or river). But would need company - if anyone is free for either sea, surf or river please get on touch. I am intermediate standard - so nothing too adventerous (or mad)

Hi Caitriona, I\'d be interested in meeting up on the 20th. I\'ve never paddled around Waterford so it would be a good chance to check it out. (Are you the same Caitriona I met at the 5km swim in Buncrana in September? I was up from Dublin in the yellow Capella.)

John and steve from waterford have kindly invited me along for a paddle on saturday so would be great to meet you again and this time you can support me along in the water - but having seen your sense of direction, i might have to buy you a compass

bit of bad news folks, unfortunately i had a bit of a near miss on a river at the weekend and i am now unable to travel to waterford!!!!

but i understand there is a great paddle going ahead. i am so gonna miss this. :ermm: I will text all those who contacted me by phone and email and send on your details to the paddle organisers.

hope you all have a gerat paddle and hopefully i will be back on the water very soon

Peer paddle Saturday 20th Nov at 10.00 from the Goldcoast outside Dungarvan. Forecast F4 to F5 at the moment. Let me know if you will be there in case there are any last minute changes.
