3 Star Training and Assessment (Sea kayak)

Course pre-requisites:
You should have some previous experience of sea kayaking prior to attending this course. If your interested is in training, you should already be able to manage your boat consistently on the sea in settled conditions. Alternatively if you have your eye on assessment a prerequisite is a minimum of three or more day long sea kayaking journeys in recent time. If in any doubt, please contact us for further details.
Who is the course for?
This programme is aimed at those whishing to develop the necessary skills to journey in a moderate environment – up to and including force 3 open water under leadership
The 3 Star is also a prerequisite for those wishing to go and attend their 4 Star.
What does my course fee include?
The course fee includes kit and equipment in course transport coaching, food and accommodation.
