For those arriving early on Friday, there is bar food available in the Pier Head Hotel ( NOT included in the Symposium fee). Your accommodation will be available from 1500 onwards.
For those availing of the rolling clinic, please bring your own paddles and maybe use an old one incase you damage a good one!
Remember your swimming trunks... and sun glasses!!

Windguru predicts a wave height of 6.7m on Sunday in Rossnowlagh (along the coast from Mullaghmore). Yee haa!
