UPDATE
Please note that it is being held on4,5and 6 of june. Please refer to opening message for all details.
We will not have boats for hire or other. Some Service providers have boats and equipment for hire. In the east Deep Blue sea kayaking can provide boats and can be contacted on 086 8205627. In the west Ali Donald of Saoirse na Mara can be contacted on 0861733610. Ali needs to be contacted by the latest the first of June. Jim Morrisey of Kayakmor in Galway has previously hired equipment and can be contacted on 087 7565578. There are other service providers who may be willing to hire out equipment.
There will be hot meal available on Sat evening between 1830 and 1900, - hopefully; If the chef can get his act together. He usually does. Payment is by a donation which will be passed on to the DOOLIN RESCUE SERVICESThere is a choice of Thai green curry the veggy version and a carnivours dream of a stew.There is usually a bit of socialising and entertainment in the evening so bring your sense of humour and if you can play an instrument or sing or just enjoy entertaining or have a party piece dont be shy.
There will be a briefing at 0930 hrs on Sat .morning. The come and try it group will be led byDave Walsh. There will be an oppurtunity also for for this group to take advantage of a training session involving strokes and rescues .
At any time over the weekend people want to try diffferent things strokes rolls rescues feel free to ask.
Anyone with a dry suit bring it along.
At this point I ask for a few volunteers to help out with the CATIT trips on either the sat or sunday.

You will need your own plate /bowl and cutlery if you are taking advantage of the meal on SAt night.

Hi Martin, I will be there and helping with the come try it group.
Also, I will have three with me for the Saturday meal. My kids want to try the \'hobo stew\' as they call it.

I will be there and hope to sample the fabled Streamstown cuisine on the Saturday. If I can be of any use in helping out over the weekend let me know.

Travelling Saturday morning, with the intention of an afternoon paddle.
