Bulloch Harbour - New Property development

I heard on this mornings readio News Bulletin that there is some kind of Major High Rise Proprety Development being proposed for the Bulloch Harbour Area.
I could not as yet find any reference on the interweb

If anybody finds some details - could you post here on the BB
