Re:Solitary Endeavour on the Southern Ocean
Saw this programme last night.
Heartbreaking from the start knowing the outcome.
Definitely a sense that Andrew knew he had pushed the boundaries
out way beyond reasonable risk and had contemplated that he would not make it back home.
Brings to mind that for us ordinary mortals
respect for the Sea & the weather conditions is paramount.

Can this be watched on the web? When I click on Tee\'s link, I\'m told it can only be watched in the UK...
Andrew\'s website is http://www.andrewmcauley.com/
The good news is that the Oz-NZ trip was done later in \'07 in a double. http://www.crossingtheditch.com.au/

Des - BBC\'s iPlayer will only allow you to watch from a UK IP address so unless you can fool it into thinking you\'re in the UK (by using a UK proxy or VPN connection) you\'re SNAFU\'d. They don\'t want the UK licence payer to be cheated by allowing Johnny Foreigner to watch their programmes for freeCan this be watched on the web?
