A Great White shark is believed to have been spotted by a holidaymaker off the Cornish coast, but an expert has shed doubt on the claim.
Great White \"seen\" in Cornish Waters
Re:Great White \"seen\" in Cornish Waters
Small mention of a seven gilled (agressive nature) shark seen or caught in most recent issue of SUBSEA. Seemingly this seven giller is a favourite food of the Great White. So whever the pantry goes......................
Sea Kayaker: Deep trouble, the book, has an interesting story about a GW attacking a seakayak. Kayaker did survive but the stern basically got a new hatch opening. Seemingly kayak momentarily mistaken for a surface swimming seal.
Sennen
PS Dave, $20 would basically convert to E28, but I\'ll call it quits for a pint of plain.

I have a copy of the BBC Nature magazine that this photo came from. It\'s a group of scientists investigating female great white sharks in south africa. The sharks are going into very shallow waters and they found that going in after them with a rib disturbed whatever they were getting up to, so they started using kayaks, which are silent.
One goes out in a kayak, while another guy stays in the crows nest of the support vessel and lets the paddler know, via vhf, where the sharks are.
As soon as a shark starts paying \"attention\" to the kayak, the paddler tries to get abroad the support vessel asap.
