forecast now is
Forecast for coasts from Carlingford Lough to Wicklow Head to Hook Head and for the south Irish Sea:
Wind: West to southwest force 5 to 7, veering northwest today. Slowly decreasing this evening and tonight, and backing, to become west to southwest force 3 or 4 early tomorrow. Increasing south force 4 to 6 towards midday.
Strong Offshore breeze F5-7 slowly decreasing which means we could still be looking at f5-6 this evening.
No one so far has contacted me in regards to coming this evening. As the conditions are not great I am inclined to cancel the trip. If anyone wishes to practice rescues etc then this could be possible. Please txt or email me BEFORE 16:00 today if you want to practice rescues etc otherwise meet is off.
