Orienteering

Post by Sonja » Sat Oct 26, 2013 7:48 pm

If it\'s ok for Clissmann to try to get you out on yer bikes, then I think it\'s ok for me to try to get you to give Orienteering a go.
This Saturday 10th Feb, the Irish Junior Squad are running an event on Killiney hill, it is being run as part of their fund raising for the squad. (think approx cost of each course is €6 Adults, €4 Juniors, don\'t quote me on that)
Start times are 11.00 - 12.00, that means you can start a course at any time during that hour.
Courses are 1km or 2.5km, so very suitable to try it out.
Grid Ref 0 262 260
Follow signs from Rochestown Ave/Avondale Rd.
Enjoy! :P
