Post by walshtimothy » Sat Oct 26, 2013 7:47 pm

Hi all,

I\'m totally new to all this and am looking for a good course to get me started.

I\'ve had a look at Des Keaneys site and their courses look excellent .

Any ideas folks ? I really want to get started soon and the two day course looks good.... decisions decisions;)

Cheers , Tim. :woohoo:

Lol :side: I\'m sure he isnt-

No , the courses look excellent and being a nordener I\'d really like to get down and explore Dublin bay , I\'m sure the scenery is great.

Really looking forward to it- thanks for the feedback :cheer:

All the best , Tim.

Cheers folks, looks like its gonna be Des ;)

Cork would be great , but its only a hundred miles to Dublin and my wee 1 litre polo will just about do that

But when I\'m up and running Cork is definately on the list of \"must do\" places ...

Cheers , Tim.

Well folks , I\'m no longer a sea kayak virgin !! And I loved every minute of it , was down with deep blue sea at the weekend there and had a brilliant time. The instructors were excellent , both at teaching us and having some craic , really good . I learned more in two days than I thought possible .

Ps- sorry to Ronan, who I nearly drowned on a couple of occasions during the rescue technique drills ..... lol  :P

I\'ll definately be back.

Thanks to Des for accomodating us when there were no places left on the course , wouldnt have missed it !!

for all those on the course that would like to meet up again my e-mai address is root@t-w-design.co.uk .

Cheers all , look forward to seeing you all again , Tim Walsh.
