An email from Steve Williams who is paddling around the UK and Ireland this year. If you\'re in a position to help him, could you email him at jane.williams@bracknell-forest.gov.uk?
Thanks All.
On the 2nd April 2006 I shall be leaving Hunstanton, Norfolk to circumnavigate the British Isles, clockwise. I hope to reach Holyhead, Anglesey by the end of May. Following a short break to the Jersey Sea Symposium I shall restart at the same point to go across the Irish sea to again go clockwise around Ireland.
I am raising money for thhe BBC\'s Children in Need Appeal 2006. I have a donations website at www.justgiving.com/paddling4pudsey and an update website at www.paddlingforpudsey.co.uk. (the last website may not be up and running just yet).
Would you please be kind enough to pass the details of my venture on to your members, and to consider supplying me with a list of possible shore contacts whilst I circumnavigate Ireland (incl the Northern province) just in case there are any problems. These will be used by the coast-guard as an intermediatory port of call should I have something go wrong.
You may contact me direct on (UK) 01276 29968 or by my wife\'s email on jane.williams@bracknell-forest.gov.uk. (which is used more regularly than the one currently being used).
Many thanks for your help. Hope to meet you or some of your members whilst out your way!
Steve
