East Coast Trip Howth Sat.25th

Hi All
Trip out of Howth as scheduled will take place next Sat. 25th Feb. meeting at the RNLI slipway 1000hrs. High tide 0908hrs. Looks like easterlies will dominate up to and through the weekend. Will post further details re weather and trip plan Friday evening.

Hi All
Trip will go ahead, 1000hrs at RNLI slipway, Howth. Looks like those north easterlies will remain strong so we\'ll definitely have a \"lively\" day. A 5-7 NE is forecast. Was planning to circumnavigate Ireland\'s Eye but will decide depending on conditions. If you are planning to turn up, please let me know by leaving a text or calling 087-9885658.

Having had time to consider the weather more carefully, trip is now officially cancelled. With swells of 3m and building out at the M2 buoy and the met gale warning still in operation, it is probably a wise move.
