Had problems with the booking from,,couldn't get it to open when downloaded,only in a read only format,pay by pay pal ,€5.45 extra. Ouch,, send booking from to the gmail account, see you then

Well over half of the accommodation in the hostel is now booked. I will not be surprised if the hostel gets booked out.

Places in the hostel will be allocated as the symposium fee is received. Details on how to pay the symposium fee are on the booking form.

If you are paying through PayPal, you can put the transaction through as a business service to avoid paying the additional €5.45 PayPal fee. If you pay by bank transfer, there is no fee.
