I\'ve camped on Beginish Island just North East of Valentia a couple of years ago without problem after getting hassle for wild camping on Valentia at Trabaun. Beginish has a couple of recently abandoned houses (in the last 20 years) with occasional campers, daytrippers and parties during the summer. I hope to camp there Saturday night if anyone else is up for it.

Thanks to Des and all for a graet weekend. It was a great idea to keep the sunshine and big seas for the Sun so we would go home on a high. For those that went home early, what can I say!!!!

Fantastic Weekend!
Puffin Island should be in on the \"once in a lifetime\" list. The sea was brilliant (well, having reached Terra Firma), Great success.
I stayed over and took local boat to the Skelligs on Monday, If any of ye are in the area while the inhabitants are still around, take the time to visit, Its brill.
Regards

Maurice.
