ISKA SYMPOSIUM 2007

Post by Susanna » Sat Oct 26, 2013 7:49 pm

Thanks all for coming and especially to the many willing volunteers who made the organising of the event so easy by always saying \'yes\' to every request. Your generosity with your time and energy is HUGELY appreciated. He who organises the event next year has a fantastic pool of people to choose from....especially now that I\'ve trained people to get up for 07.30 pool sessions!

Cheers, Susanna

Susanna - just wanted to say thanks for a fantastic weekend. I remember now why I used to love kayaking so much and will really have to get my butt in gear and get out a bit more now. :silly:
Thanks to everyone who contributed to what was for me a really memorable weekend. It was great to see so many familiar faces again.

Just to say.... thank you and well done to Dr Gaynor.

Very smooth, low-key management, really well organised.

Thank you to all, a great weekend. I really enjoyed the paddling and a great \"immersion\" into surfing. The organisation was excellent; I learned loads; and it was great to see you all. Thanks Susanna, and to all the contributors - really appreciated. Dermot.

Great Symposium!
Many thanks to Susanna for the organisation, and the miscellaneous others for the slide shows, pool sessions (I rolled - yeah!), and trips . There were so many things going on it was hard to choose what to do. Its not easy to pick out any one highlight, but the flares session was particularly informative. Which brings me to my next post...

Niall.
