As I am sure you know, the ISKA website and bulletin board is a voluntary contribution. This means that it does not get checked up on every hour, to make sure it\'s up and running smoothly. And other work gets priority over it.
So, if you perceive a problem with the site, please feel free to email me. But if you don\'t get instant service, or if the site is not up just when you want to use it, please be patient. It\'s in the nature of the Net that, occasionally, you can\'t get to a particular machine. I have no control over this, and hassling me won\'t help. Wait a while, and try later. If you have something really important for the bulletin board, post it early, to allow for unexpected downtime.
