Eskimo Roll

I have recently learned the hard way that the Eskimo roll cannot be self taught by trial and error! Does anybody know of any sea kayak eskimo rolling classes in Cork??? Or could anybody give my any tips on how to teach myself (if thats even possible?)- books or DVD\'s etc?
Any advice would be much appreciated.

PS: any1 kayaking in Cork harbour soon might want to check out the beached Northern Bottlenose Whale on Paddy\'s Block (Oppostie Rocky Isl. and Haulbowline)...its probably starting to smell now (after the post mortem) though but its an amazing animal to see- I got to kayak alongside it the day before it died.
