Heading for Willie Clancy in Miltown tonight and hopefully on to the Aran meet if I make it out of Clare in one piece!

Looks like we\'ll have perfect weather for the weekend . Briefing at 10am, launching as soon as possible after that so please try to be ready to go by then, as the briefing will be brief.....
The basic plan is to paddle directly to Kilmurvey.
There will be 20-25 paddlers so the group will probably be split into 2 or 3. Decisions on that will be made in the morning.

Hi all

Well done to Gerry for organising such cracking weather. Hot hot hot.

Good camping, incidentally, on the Brannock islands. Better than Bungowla, which has a lot of tourists.

MANY thanks to Moira and Daithi who took my boat across from Inishmore to Carraroe, after I was beaten with the puking stick.

Great weekend! Those sea cliffs shrouded in mist were the best I`ve ever seen, perhaps the best Kayaking day I`ve ever had. Surely cant get better??!! :woohoo:

grand trip!! Thanks to everybody, your hospitality and the gorgeous sunny days made me feel as I was at home. Cheers Gerry for so great weekend...you have had to pay a lot for so nice weather :)

PS: I have the GPS track log, If anybody wants it just let me know.
