Roaring Water Bay Meet

Hi
I was wondering if the Roaring Water Bay meet is still on the cards. If I can make it it will be my first with the ISKA. Question?? Which part of the bay does the gathering happen? Can I bring along a couple of friends (have own boats) who are not ISKA members? Is there a Hotel/Guesthouse, whatever, that is prefferred? Who is leading the meet?
