Thought some of you may be interested in this website I found whilst flatout at work :laugh: It\'s movie clips of a Danish guy doing various rolls etc in what I\'d imagine is bloody cold water...

Obviously, this is not a teaching tool. Get proper instruction and learn from those who know about such things......
