I WISH

I WISH UPON THIS SUNNY DAY
THAT I WAS OUT IN DUBLIN BAY
INSTEAD OF BEING CHAINED TO THIS DESK,
THERE WOULD SALT SPRAY ON THE DECK

I WISH THAT PHONE WOULD STOP IT’S RINGING
THAT THE ONLY SOUND IS OF WATER DRIPPING,
OFF MY PADDLE AS I SPIN OUT TO THE BAILEY
AND ROUND MUGLIN.

Alas dear Mark my poem don\'t rhoime
becuase I didn\'t have the toime
to check on my alliteration
and see that all was in relation.

So now in the last hour of work
the heat is driving me beserk
I can\'t wait to get out of here
and get to Wales for pints of beer.


So see you on the boat tonight
and a have a good weekend =- Alright !!!!
