Paddling around Athlone

Hi there,
I have the opportunity to be around the Athlone area next Sunday 16 Oct if anyone is interested in a peer paddle launching from around the Hodson Bay area?
I have never Sea Kayaked on lakes / on the Shannon, so this will be a first for me also.
Please let me know if anyone is interested.
