Hi All . This is some information for those of you who have contaced me regarding forward paddling.
Forward paddling clinic.
Venue : Dublin (to be arranged)
Dates: October Saturday: 15th & Sunday 16th
Time 10.00am - 4.00pm
Price: 140euro p/p
Suitable for sea kayakers & racers
and anyone who wants to go faster and cover
miles more easily
Places are limited. Advance bookings only
During this two day forward paddling clinic we will be :
Looking at paddle lengths - efficent use of the body ,legs and arms.
blade movement - how different conditions effect technique
How to utilise the glide of the kayak & how to avoid muscle and joint stress.
We will also be looking at the wing paddle and its benefits
when used correctly.
We will be using video analysis to aid to highlight and recify problem areas
