New South East ISKA Rep.

Due to the resignation of Paul Durnan as the South East rep, we had a vacancy on the committee we needed to fill. We emailed all SE members we had details for, looking for somebody to fill the position. Since we only had one volunteer, there was no election necessary.
I am please to welcome the new SE rep Stephen McGrath on to the ISKA committee.
