Level 3 instructors course (for those who have completed a level two course. One weekend)
Level 5 proficiency training (Probably 3 days and nights)
Level 5 proficiency assessment. probably between September and November.
Level 2 instructor assessment
Level 3 instructor assessment.

If you are interested in any of the above please email me at david dot carraher at esb dot ie.

These courses and assessments will hopefully be advertised on the ICU web site shortly.

They will only be run if sufficient people are interested.

The ICU are running a level 2 instructor course on the 8th and 9th of March. This course will be run at the ICU training centre on the liffey. The ICU can provide boats for those who need it. The Level 2 instructor course is for flat water canoeing. You must hold your level 3 proficiency.

If you intend doing the level 3 Instructor course, then the level 2 course counts as the first weekend of the level 3 course.

They are also offering a level 3 Instructor course on the 12th 13th of April. This course will probably be run down the West by Stephen Hannon. You must hold your level 4 proficiency and have completed the level 2 instructor course to attend this course.

Check the ICU website for details. Applications directly to ICU but if you are going on either course can you let me know by posting here.

If you have any queries or require a proficiency assessment please let me know. I can be contacted on 0872346420.
