I have received a CD from the above dept for final review and consultation.The code is available direct from the website www.dcmnr.gov.ie in PDF (3.3mb). The purpose of the code is to support current legislation relating to all recreational craft, in addition to advising on recommended best practices. Any further`comments or observations are to be submitted by Monday 11th April. Most but not all of OUR previous recommendations have been included. The document may also be of interest to those doing courses as some of the appendices are useful on VHF,Bouyage,etc.
