Did you know that the dates clash with the ISKA meet in Achill ?
Any chance the dates for REC might change?

OK folks, We will change the date to avoid clashing with the Achill meet. New dates are 25th to 27th August.
A Rec 3 course is an advanced first aid course specifically for people involved in adventure sports. It is full of practical tips for people who may come across acccidents or be involved in accidents in the great outdoors. If you need any further info give me a call

A Rec 3 cert lasts for 3 years

When a REC 3 cert is no longer valid as mine will be next March, do you have to do a full REC course or can one do some kind of top up?

Thats a right rip off. Count me in so - I\'m out of date next March.
