Canoeing Ireland Affiliation

I've been in discussion/negotiation with CI's development officer and he has clarified their rules and agreed that they are vague. We can affiliate and there is NO requirement for all members to sign up, it's personal choice. We have this in writing. Subject to Committee approval, we will be affiliating
