Symposium 2014 - PLEASE READ
Bookings for this years Symposium have already exceeded numbers for the last couple of years and spaces are running out very quickly. It is quite likely we may need to put a Waiting/Cancellation List in place.
In the interest of fairness, those booking and making their payment in advance will get priority. We would encourage you to make your payment as quick as possible to avoid disappointment.
Appreciating matters can arise outside of our control, if you have to cancel, a full refund will be made. If you are planning on attending, get your booking and payment in without delay.

My daughter Niamh would like to attend, symposium only, and maybe just on one day, as we live locally, but only if she can cadge a lift. Unfortunately we don't have pay pal accounts. Can she turn up and pay on the day (subject to transport)? In all likelihood she will just want to sign up for the rolling and rescue sessions.

Folks
We are now fully subscribed for this year's symposium, with numbers exceeding all previous events. With a few provisional bookings, we will squeeze in as many as we can but cannot guarantee any more places. A waiting list is being prepared on a first come, first served (and fully paid).

With approx 113 participants, this was ISKA's biggest ever Symposium and gathering. The location was perfect and despite winds of up to F6 and gusting higher, everyone was still able get on the water. There was a great variety of options to choose from to suit every ability and with great accommodation and facilities, we were certainly very well looked after.
I would like to give special thanks to Niamh for a first rate event and all her hard work, including Paul and Marion as well for their help.
Special thanks also to the providers and other support who give their time, which is hugely appreciated, including:
Sean Pierce, Shearwater
Eileen Murphy, Shearwater
Oisin Hallissey, Tollymore
Jon Hynes, Adventure Guide
Clarke Weissinger
Ronan O'Connor, Ardmore Adventures
Pat MacAlinney, River Deep Mountain High shop
Peter Hennessen
Julien Hynes
Dave Glasgow
Etienne Muller - etiennemuller.com
CH Marine
Jim Kennedy Atlantic Sea Kayaking
VHF.ie
And of course our own members who volunteer to provide back up and support again and again.
