I\'m going. Should arrive Friday evening, any time from 8pm

Found a site about the island: accomodation, history, pub(s), etc.

Depending on conditions, I will lead a level 3 paddle on one day for those who are nervous.
I will also hope to do a circumnav of Rathlin on another day. Depending on conditions this will be a level 4+ paddle.
Either way I am available to lead some trips or help out in any way required.

Hi all. We are trying to organise a lift for someone from Dublin city centre after 6 pm on Friday evening. If anyone is travelling and can pick up a person - no boat - in the city centre can you phone Dave Carraher on
087 2346420. Ta much. Trish

We will be around Bushmills Ed Centre until 10am and you can ring my mobile 07803170157 if you are going to be later. We should have a good idea of what is happening by Friday evening if you want to check. Possible paddles would be Cushendun to Ballycastle if wind remains SE. Ballycastle to Ballintoy/Portballintrae as well. Thereare gales forecast for Sunday which would make Rathlin unlikely but there is plenty of paddling to be done under the cliffs. I hope this helps a little. Robin.

Many thanks to Martin, Robin, Ricky and others for organising an excellent weekend meet. The organisation and facilities were superb, as was the paddling and the scenery.
