Here are a few more pics showing Inishloe Island and Canon Island. The abbey on Canon island is impressive and in remarkable condition. The weather didn\'t do it much justice however. http://picasaweb.google.com/brianj.macmahon/InishloeAndCanonIslandsCoClare# Enjoy ! Mac Post edited by: brianmacmah...

Hi all, has anyone any experience with the gopro HD 1080dpi video camera. The cost is quiet good retailing under €300. Re:An Opportunity Lost
<t>Couldn\'t agree with Conor more. Lough Corrib is indeed a gem of a lake however launching can be problem. Once launched from a jetty that I took as being public only to find a reception committee waiting for me on my return, an all english and german committee I might add.<br/> <br/> Lough Derg h...

Re:An Opportunity Lost
<r>This might wet your appetite - the following is a clip taken on Lough Derg. You\'ll notice that it cuts a little rough on the crossing to holy island, that\'s only F3 beam wind, F5 to 6 can be very \"interesting\" to say the least. The swell on the lake is much closer together then on the sea whi...
