REC 2 course

Rec 2 is required first aid qualification for mountain skills and SPA climbing award as recognised by Mountaineering Ireland. It is also recognised by Canoeing Ireland for level 2 instructor award. The cert is valid for 3 years. The course is 2 days long, costs €150 and is being held in Awesome Walls, Finglas www.awesomewalls.ie, this Saturday and Sunday, 4th & 5th May.
