Rolling Weekend at Tollymore National Outdoor Centre taking place on Sat 9-10 March. Cost £121 and this includes kit and equipment, in course transport coaching, food and accommodation.

This intensive two day course is run in our state of the art rolling pool. We will start with the fundamentals and over the weekend will help you to develop these foundation skills into a reliable roll that you can count on.

Skills covered will include boat set up, core strength, edge control, support strokes and the Eskimo roll.
