Probably way off here, maybe even 1500kms off. But, I look at the boats and am surprised to see two Sweform boats in the picture with rudders and slab sided sterns, unusual for Irish waters. The light is very bright and the island looks like something I would expect to see in the Baltic along with the calm ocean. The dress of the guys with neither wearing lifejackets unless they are hidden under the very warm clothing also indicates they are not expecting troubled waters in the Nordic spring. Sooo, I will say Svenska Hogarnas islands in the Stockholm Archipelago. If you havnt been there this is what it looks like.
