He was some man. He did it, he talked about it,shared it, wrote about it,developed it, designed and built it and inspired many to take up sea kayaking.
He did not get it always right but he was right more than most.

He was some character alright.
He was once invited to California to teach, he was collected at the airport by some if the sea kayak fraternity there. He admonished them for not being true sea kayakers as they had tanned legs !
