These come up in Aldi from time to time. Have used them for towing system, attaching gear to buoyancy aid, keeping garden gate closed, etc. Not particularly light as they\'re stainless steel but extremely durable even in salty conditions, especially for the price.

Billy, the stainless ones are deadly, but i fear the ones tomorrow may be nickel plated, and of very brief use in the salty stuff, hopefully i am wrong.
