AGM

Hi All, at the symposium we will be holding our AGM. We will try to keep it short but here are a few things you may wish to think over before you get there. There will be the chairmans address and Pat Macilwinney chair of ICU/Canoe Ireland will give a talk and take questions.
Points for ISKA members to note.

1) Next yers Symposium will need organisers. Preferably 2 people who work well together can make this task relatively easy. You will get all the help and assistance from the committee and previous organisers.

2) Various positions on the committee will need to be filled.
All positions are open to all members who wish to put themselves forward.

3) Should each region organise one meeting a year. This would make the meets officer\'s job a bit easier. The meet does not have to be held in your own area. You can have it where ever you wish.

4) As printing costs are getting ever higher is there a case for having the magazine available online and hard copies to those who request it only?

5) I would ask members to consider the future role of ISKA. What sort of Association do the members want? Is it fulfilling it\'s objectives? What do we want from ISKA? Any other comments. I do not envisage this as a topic for discussion at the AGM but would ask members to think about it and maybe have a a forum discussion on it in 2013.

6) Any other business.
