Before anyone rushes in, I found this island six years ago to be very much less attractive than advertised, and the mainland immediately inside it is a working farm, so that access is from further away. Stick to forests for your pension pot, is my best advice.

Made a bit of a mess of that one. It's Staff Island down the page. A forested pension-pot island.
