A VHF course for NE (Belfast) region?

Would ISKA be able to set up a VHF course for paddlers in the Belfast area? Perhaps the VHF qualification is different in the North? I could provide a venue in Belfast for the evenings required and I think get a few paddlers to attend.

I think there would be a fair few people interested David, from what I know the same qualifications as we are all in the EU, and cheaper too; even allowing for the exchange rate.
