Send as a Word document as long or short as you like
Please send photos separately, you can note in the document where you might like pictures to go but we cannot guarantee that position.
Send high resolution photos if possible. 300 dpi is ideal.
Please caption all photos giving location, situation, naming people visible in them if you can
Name the photographer
Please don't send copyrighted photos lifted from t'interweb
Use headings if you like but there is no need to format the document layout for us
Portrait orientation for cover shots is preferred
